The founder of Aspery & Guldag, Herman Guldag, has been staying true to his vision since 1974, when he arrived in California and began as an apprentice at his uncle’s special-order retail jewelry shop. In 1984, after studying precious metals and gemstones, jewelry design and business management, Herman launched Aspery & Guldag.

Throughout the brand’s evolution, Aspery & Guldag has been establishing, rather than following, trends. Unafraid of taking risks, Herman recreates and re-envisions classic designs and silhouettes, pushing the envelope of creativity based on the demands and moods of a contemporary jewelry collector.
