With millennials representing $200 billion in buying power, it’s important for businesses to use the generation’s greatest resource (the internet) to appeal to the largest generation in the U.S.
During his seminar at JA New York’s education conference, Jay Gerber, vice president of sales and marketing at WR Cobb Online, explained unique characteristics of the millennial generation and what they are looking for during an online experience.
