The team at Shetler Wade in San Antonio, Texas is all about relationships–relationships with their designers, relationships with their customers, and relationships among their staff. The tight-knit relationships within the team was clearly evident at this past JA New York Summer Show, when I had the opportunity to sit down and talk with Michelle Shetler, Kelly Wade Fry and the rest of their team during the VIP lunch. As beautiful and glamorous as they are smart, they hilariously played off each other when answering the below questions, making me wistful for a long brunch with these self-proclaimed “cliche Texas girls!”

SW: Mother’s Day. It’s less exciting than Christmas in terms of the shopping season, but it’s more emotional.

SW: Healing. Seeing into the future.
