Though she employed her undergraduate degree in journalism prior to discovering her love of metalsmithing, elements of jewelry design have always been present in designer Victoria Young‘s life. She has always had an obsession with rocks and small, intricate objects with unique and interesting textures and patters. Her first jewelry collection, launched in May of 2017, is a juxtaposition of city architecture, and the vastness of the desert, with sharp lines representing iconic architecture, and diamond pave mimicking starry starry nights.

Victoria Young: My gateway was clothing, designing patterns in high school. But I fondly remember making mini clay everything, specifically fruits, as a little one.
