We hope you had a great 4th of July weekend and that your summer is off to a terrific start! With our summer show just a couple of weeks away, we are in countdown mode to what is sure to be a fabulous event. Our Hosted Buyer Program is bringing in retailers from across the globe, and we know they’re looking forward to seeing all of the important brands on the show floor. In addition to a robust educational program developed by our partner’s at Jewelers of America, our third iteration of The Big Pitch is taking place on Tuesday and will give 10 select designers from our Design District the opportunity to pitch their lines to a discerning panel of retailers and media. And of course, a highlight of our Summer show is always our New Designer Gallery and the Mort Abelson Designer of the Year Award, which will be announced on Monday afternoon; be sure to make a point to stop by and see all of this “rising star” talent, and join us on Monday afternoon to find out who among them will take home the honor of being named Designer of the Year.
